What payment methods do you accept?
We accept e-transfer and cash payments for your convenience.
How do I book a cleaning service?
Please email your preferred days, hours, and the desired city at info@homacleaning.ca , and we’ll coordinate with you as soon as possible.
Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?
Yes, The customer is responsible for providing these products.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid any charges. If notice is given less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the total amount will be charged. If we arrive at the location and find the service canceled, or if cancellation is made on the same day or while we are en route, the full amount will be charged.
Are your cleaners insured and professionally trained?
Absolutely. All of our cleaners are fully insured, vetted, and trained to provide the highest quality service.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
We bring all necessary supplies and equipment, but if you prefer us to use your own, that’s no problem at all.
How long does a typical cleaning take?
The duration depends on the size of the space and the service requested, but we’ll provide an estimated time when booking.
